Huaijuan Zhou is associate professor at the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2016. Subsequently, she worked at the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics Chinese Academy of Sciences, Technische Universität Dresden, and the University of Chemistry and Technology Prague. Dr. Zhou has fruitful research outputs, with over 70 peer‑reviewed publications, 10 granted invention patents and one edited monograph. More than 40 papers were published as first/corresponding author in top‑tier journals including Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Chem, and Chem. Rev. Her works have accumulated over 4800 citations with an h‑index of 38, covering two ESI highly cited papers and one ESI hot paper, and the highest single‑paper citation exceeds 970. She has been awarded the Marie Skłodowska‑Curie Fellow and Vebleo Fellow, and received the Wiley Open Science Excellent Author Programm three times.She has hosted Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowship (MSCA-IF), Shanghai Sailing Program, BIT Young Scholar Research Fund, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, and so on. She also participated in multiple domestic and international projects such as EU Horizon 2020, EU Structural and Investment Funds, Italian synchrotron‑related projects, national key R&D programs. She serves as a board/young‑board member for multiple journals and acts as a referee for over 20 international journals. Her research focuses on two‑dimensional materials,functional micro/nanorobots, and catalytic materials for energy, environmental and biomedical applications.

Dr. Roberta Albino dos Reis is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC, Brazil) funded by FAPESP, currently conducting a research tenure at the University of Oxford (UK). With a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Science and Technology/Chemistry from UFABC, her academic journey includes a strong background in Chemical Engineering and international research experiences, such as a collaborative residency at the Université de Lorraine (France) and a research period at the University of Bradford (UK). Her expertise spans Physical Organic Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Spectroscopy, and Luminescence. Currently, her research focuses on the development of innovative biomaterials, gas-delivery systems (nitric oxide and hydrogen sulfide releasing platforms), and the eco-friendly synthesis of nanoparticles for biomedical and agricultural applications.

Prof. Dr. Thirawudh Pongprayoon is a Professor of Chemical Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). As an expert in materials science and nanobiotechnology, his research primarily focuses on the synthesis and functionalization of nanomaterials, carbon nanotubes, biocomposites, and green materials. Throughout his career, he has been a prolific researcher, authoring numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters detailing advancements in polymer engineering and lignin recovery. In recognition of his significant academic contributions and research impact, he was officially appointed to the rank of full Professor by royal decree.

Dr. Weiwei Gao is an Associate Professor in the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China, a role she has held since 2018. She began her academic career at the university as an Assistant Professor from 2016 to 2017. Prior to her faculty appointments, Dr. Gao completed a four-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the University of California, Berkeley, from 2012 to 2016. She earned her Ph.D. from the Institute of Physics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing in July 2012. Her primary research focuses on the macroscopic assembly of graphene materials and their applications, as well as the development of multifunctional smart materials.

This globally authoritative list selects the top 2% of scientists in each field by comprehensively evaluating citation metrics and academic influence of researchers worldwide, based on Elsevier's Scopus database.
